Pudina Chicken Tikka

Mint chicken tikka is known as pudina chicken tikka  a lip-smacking appetizer made with green masala thus the name “Hariyali”.

The masala is made from a blend of mint leaves and coriander leaves that is spiced with an array of spice powders.
