Shrimp Hakka Noodles

We call it Hakka noodles, though it has as much to do with the original Hakka cuisine as we have with Hindi. Do give this shrimp Hakka noodles a try sometime. It makes for a great weeknight meal, but even your guests will love them when you are hosting an Asian themed dinner party. Plus, it’s so yummy.
